1. Resignation application:

1. Formal employees should apply one month in advance and fill in the Resignation Application Form;

2. Employees on probation should apply 3 days in advance;

3. Employees dismissed by the company should immediately finish their work and make handover on the day of receiving the Notice of Dismissal, which is the last working day.

2. Form of resignation:

1. The employee resigns voluntarily/the company dismisses, and the employee fills in the Employee Resignation Application Form;

2. Employees who have been absent from work for 3 days are deemed to have resigned automatically, and the Employee Resignation Application Form is filled out by their store manager.

III. Examination and approval of resignation:

1. After the employee submits resignation, the store manager will review the Employee Resignation Application Form, and sign it for confirmation if there is no problem. At the same time, the employee's resignation will be reported to the Human Resources Department for filing through OA system on the day when the employee applies for resignation;

2. The store manager will submit the Employee Resignation Application Form to the regional manager for review, and the application form will come into effect after being signed and confirmed by the regional manager.

IV. Handling of resignation:

1. From the date when employees apply for resignation to the expiration date of resignation, they should handle the handover procedures one by one and fill in the Employee Resignation Handover Form;

2. The resignation process mainly includes the following contents:

a) The store should take back the work tools and materials distributed to employees, and the manager should sign the Employee Resignation Handover Form for confirmation. If a person above the supervisor level resigns, the handover should be handled under the supervision of the regional manager;

b) Employees shall go to the company's finance department after the expiration date of resignation with the Employee Resignation Application Form and Employee Resignation Handover Form signed by the store manager and regional manager, and ask the relevant person in charge to review their borrowing status, which shall be signed by the manager and the person in charge of finance department for confirmation;

c) The resignation date stipulated by the Human Resources Department (every Friday, holidays will be stopped), and the original Employee Resignation Application Form and Employee Resignation Handover Form signed by relevant personnel, as well as the copies of the Attendance Form, Overtime Application Form (if any) and Store Vacation Application Form (if any) of the current month, will be used for resignation in the company. According to the submitted form, the Human Resources Department will handle the resignation procedures, calculate the employee attendance, fill in the Employee Resignation Statement, and sign it by the manager and the person in charge of the Human Resources Department for confirmation.

d) The resigned employee shall sign the resignation settlement form for confirmation;

e) if necessary, issue a certificate of resignation for employees.

V. Resignation settlement:

1. After the resignation formalities are completed, all salaries will be settled on the actual payday of each month.

2. Dismissed and dismissed personnel shall settle all salaries on the latest actual pay day after leaving the company, and if losses are caused to the company, they will be deducted from the salary. The Human Resources Department shall fill in the Notice of Payment of Resigned Employees and submit it to the Finance Department, which shall make a unified record and distribute it.

VI. Filing of Resignation The Human Resources Department shall file the information of the resignees according to the employee resignation settlement form, employee resignation application form, employee resignation handover form, attendance form of the month of resignation, overtime application form (if any), store leave application form (if any) and the order of filing information when entering the company.
