After the user completes the activation procedures, the company's ventilation personnel will contact the user within 10 working days and come to the user to activate it. Users need to bring 2-3 5# alkaline batteries and gas IC cards. The opening accessories must be brought by ventilation personnel, and the nozzles on stoves and water heaters must be installed in advance.
Safe gas use:
1. Close the main valve when sleeping or going out at night
2. Replace the leather hose regularly every 12--18 months< /p>
3. When air leakage occurs, close the main valve, open doors and windows for ventilation, and call our company for emergency repair. Never use electrical appliances or other items that may cause sparks when there is a gas leak!
4. Private modification of private air pipes is not allowed and must be performed by our company’s professionals (unless the modification personnel have corresponding qualifications).
5. Keep the table room dry and clean.
Common faults:
1. No gas. Check the battery in the stove. Some stoves use 1# batteries. If the power is insufficient, they will not be able to ignite. Check whether the water heater and the stove cannot be used at the same time. If one of them can be used, it means that the problem is not the gas, but the stove (or water heater).
2. After pressing the ignition button of the stove, the fire will go out after releasing it. Some stoves are equipped with a safety device. There is a metal bar at the ignition point that needs to be heated before it can be heated.
3. The stove fire is small. Check whether there is anything pressing on the leather pipe, and check whether the power in the stove and gas meter is sufficient.
4. After the IC card is reissued, maintenance personnel need to come to clear the meter.
