What are the procedures for leaving the company?
Resignation procedures shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the company. Different enterprises are basically the same, and the relevant details may be different. The general contents are as follows:

Apply to the personnel department, fill in the resignation application form and sign it by the relevant leaders;

Check attendance, including determining unpaid wages in the month and the last month of resignation;

Receive the resignation files of the personnel department, including resignation certificate, social security payment voucher, provident fund Jinlong card and employment unemployment registration certificate;

Note: According to the contract law, employees need to apply for resignation 30 days in advance.
