The official seal refers to the seal used by organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions. Because the Ministry of Public Security has not made uniform provisions on the engraving procedure, the provisions on the engraving procedure vary from place to place. According to the different types of seals, the procedures are different. And there are strict requirements on the specifications, materials and dimensions of the official seal. Actually, please follow the size specified by the local public security bureau. And there are strict stamping procedures.
The official seal is the most powerful and widely used. The financial seal can be used for checks and invoices or for issuing receipts. Generally, records should be kept when opening an account in a bank. Invoice stamp is generally used on the issued invoice, and sometimes it can also be used on the receipt. Business seal is used to stamp some general business documents, which can be used according to the specific affairs of the company. The contract seal is used for co-signing. Needless to say, checks are generally used in combination with financial stamps, and other documents or statements that require legal person signature can be signed without legal person signature. The official seal of a company generally refers to the circular seal of the full name of the company registered in the industrial and commercial department, which is also often called the administrative official seal. There are both connections and differences between the corporate seal and the official seal of the company, and they are sometimes irreplaceable. Simply put, the official seal represents the company's behavior, and the corporate seal is a personal behavior related to individuals. In practice, when signing a contract, the company seal and the company contract seal have the same effect. As long as the contract is flawless, it is a legal and effective contract.
