Article 211 When applying for registration, the parties concerned shall provide the ownership certificate, real estate boundary and area and other necessary materials according to the different registered items.
Article 214 The establishment, alteration, transfer and extinction of the real right of immovable property, which should be registered according to law, shall take effect when it is recorded in the register of immovable property.
Article 217 The certificate of ownership of immovable property is the proof that the obligee enjoys the real right of immovable property. If the items recorded in the real estate ownership certificate are inconsistent with those recorded in the real estate register, the real estate register shall prevail unless there is evidence to prove that there is an error in the real estate register.
