you need to apply for mutual reading of credit scores. You can only read them if others agree. By default, you can't read them.

Steps to apply for mutual viewing:

Enter Alipay and click Friends in the navigation bar, then click the head above

to find the friend you want to apply for mutual viewing, click Friends

click Apply for mutual viewing in the sesame credit column of the friend profile page

Then click Apply for mutual viewing sesame score

After the application is successful, the system will remind us that the other party agrees to see sesame score with you, and click View, we can also directly enter after the application is successful.
