The second season of Running the Yellow River is an outdoor competitive reality show launched by Zhejiang Satellite TV, which was produced by Zhejiang Satellite TV Program Center. The seven regular hosts are Jerry Lee, Angelababy (Angelababy), Ryan, Sha Yi, Chyi Yu, Bailu and Linyi.

Here, they will have a cooking competition with students of different grades to complete two creative dishes with beef and tofu as the main dishes. Before the official start of production, members will also win the necessary ingredients and seasonings for their team through "human curling".
The final task of this topic is carried out in Jinan Vocational College, a national backbone vocational college. According to the rules, the duo will find the two best students within 30 minutes and return to the verification area.
