1. When sorting and submitting documents, there should be: Whether to apply personalized signature or not, just leave it unchecked.
2. If the document has been completed and the signature has been written, it cannot be revoked unless there is permission, or the oa administrator can assist in revocation.
3. If you want to cancel the personalized signature uploaded in the system, delete your personalized signature directly, or let the enterprise oa administrator delete it in the background or database.
