There are two situations in which a policy needs the signature of the insured:
1. The policy and the application form are together, that is, the policy and the application form are on a piece of paper, such as a card policy;
2. Insurance policies in the form of agreements need to be signed by both parties at the same time. Property insurance agreements and some life insurance policies are like this.
Usually, it is the insurance application that needs the signature of the applicant or the insured, and the insurance policy only needs the seal of the insurance company.
