Search for the file containing "12306" in the c:windows directory, and then find a file named "hosts" with the storage path of "C:WINDOWSsystem32driversetc".

Open it in Notepad and see that 12306 involves two lines:

Delete them, then save the file, restart the browser, and then open the 12306 website to do the previous operations. Everything is fine!
