First, stamp the official seal you want to use on the paper, and then scan it into the computer with a scanner. I won’t introduce it to you here. I made one using an online electronic official seal online generator.

Next, I made this electronic official seal that can be stamped on paper.

First import this official seal image into the PS software

Copy the layer ctrl+j to prepare for our next operation.

Select - Color Range and cut out the stamp from the white paper.

After selecting the selected area, use the shortcut key ctrl+shift+i to invert the selection to select the stamp, and then use the shortcut key

ctrl+j to copy the selected area of ??the stamp. Hide the two layers below and see if they are buckled correctly.

We can improve the clarity of the official seal and make the colors more vivid by increasing the natural saturation.

Finally we store the image in PNG format.

Insert the saved picture into the Word document.

Set the image to float above the text. We get the result we want.
