Network connection problem. I usually change the brand of pirated system and reinstall it.
1. In the IE window-Tools-IE Options-Advanced-Restore default settings-OK. Or select "Play animations from web pages" under "Multimedia" in the "Advanced" tab in "Internet Options".
2. In the IE toolbar - Tools - Manage add-ons - Enable shockwave flash object (ActiveX control) - OK - Restart the computer - Open the internet connection - After opening, the dialog box for installing the ActiveX control will automatically pop up. Confirm the installation - wait until the installation is completed.
3. Delete the original flash player, reinstall it or upgrade it to the latest version.
4. Open the browser Tools-Internet Options Security tab and select Low or Medium. Or
Internet Options----Security-----Custom Level---

5. Use 360 ??Security Guard and Optimization Master to repair IE, or upgrade and replace the IE browser.
6. Do you use software optimization to disable the display of pictures in web pages? For example, the Super Rabbit toolbar has an item to block animated advertisements. If you cancel it, it will be normal.
