The identification conclusion can generally be made after the injury has recovered. If the injury is obvious, the identification can be made immediately and the identification conclusion will be issued within three months.
If there are more than two rib fractures, it undoubtedly constitutes a minor injury of the second degree.
If you are dissatisfied with the identification conclusion, you can request a re-identification or supplementary identification.
The appraisal conclusion should be stamped with the appraisal institution’s special appraisal seal and the appraiser’s personal seal. The stamp of the public security organ will not be stamped.
