For the existing and new customers of the bank, individual customers can handle ordinary debit card magnetic stripe card and debit card ic card with the second-generation valid ID card (the supplementary card of debit card needs to be handled at our outlets). Business process: First, the customer selects the self-service card business on the self-service card issuing equipment, then selects the card product and reads the account opening agreement. Insert the second-generation ID card, check it through the network, take photos on the spot, and the audit authorizer selected by the bank will verify the identity on the spot and authorize the fingerprint. The customer replenishes the card information, selects the channel signing service, sets the initial card password and the channel service password on the self-service card issuing device, and the self-service card issuing device issues the card, and the customer picks up the card and prints the transaction slip. The customer account opening data form includes copies of the front and back of the customer's second-generation ID card, customer confirmation information and so on. The customer himself holds the second-generation ID card to handle the self-service card issuing business in the self-service card issuing equipment, and no agent is allowed. In the process of issuing the card, the customer signs his name by electronic signature to confirm that the card is issued for the customer himself. In order to control business risks, the same customer is only allowed to use two debit cards on the same self-service card issuing machine every day, not limited to magnetic stripe cards and ic cards. If customers need to modify the address and other information, they need to go to our outlets to modify it. The debit card bank that the customer handles in the self-service card issuing equipment is generally the bank where the equipment is installed.
