1. Letterhead

The letterhead refers to the address and date of the sender, but do not write the name of the sender. Write the address in the same order as the address on the envelope.

4. Signature

The writer should generally sign at the end of the letter. If you are writing a letter to a stranger, female friends should write "Mrs." or "Miss" in parentheses when signing the letter, so that the other party knows how to address you.
