1. Exam time and subject arrangement

2. Prepare relevant documents in advance. Candidates need to present their admission ticket, valid resident ID card, negative nucleic acid test paper report within 48 hours before the exam, and the "Shandong Province 2022 General College Admissions Art Majors Unified Examination Candidate Health Management Information Collection Form" to enter. If there are special circumstances for epidemic prevention, candidates should proactively contact the test center for instructions before entering the venue.
Candidates who have lost their ID cards must go to the public security department to get a replacement or issue a temporary identity certificate before the exam.
3. Examination supplies. Art candidates can only bring drawing boards, easels, pencils, erasers, gouache, coloring paper, pins, thumbtacks or masking tape, small buckets and other stationery to the entrance; candidates for literature, directing and music (written examination) can only bring Bring 2B pencils, 0.5mm black writing pens, rulers, erasers and other stationery; calligraphy candidates can only bring writing brushes, felt, black ink, inkstones, small buckets and other stationery. 4. Candidates can go to the test center from 16:00 to 17:00 on December 18 (Saturday) to familiarize themselves with the surrounding environment of the test center. In order to ensure the safety of the examination room, candidates and parents are not allowed to enter the examination center on the afternoon of December 18. Before the first subject test on the examination day, the examination center will arrange personnel to organize the orderly admission of candidates.
5. Please read carefully in advance the "Letter to Candidates for the Unified Examination of Art Majors" and "Candidate Rules" (see Attachment 1) on the official website of the Shandong Provincial Education Admissions Examination Agency.
6. Please confirm your travel methods and transportation routes in advance to ensure you arrive at the test site in advance. The exam period is in the cold winter season. Candidates should keep warm, pay attention to weather changes in advance, and plan travel methods and transportation routes. Remember clearly the start and end time of each test, make sure to arrive at the test site in advance, and do not delay the test due to rain, snow, traffic jams, etc.
III. Precautions for epidemic prevention
According to the relevant regulations on provincial epidemic prevention and control, candidates must take the exam according to the following epidemic prevention requirements:

(2) All candidates must start collecting health management information 14 days before the exam. Do not leave without special circumstances. (3) Candidates who fall into the following situations and really need to take the exam should take the initiative to contact the municipal admissions and examination agency to explain the situation before taking the exam. 3. If you have fever, cough and other symptoms 14 days before the exam, you must provide a diagnosis certificate issued by a medical institution and a negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours before the exam.
4. Candidates who enter Shandong and return to Shandong to take the exam from a province with a local epidemic must provide a negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours before departure and a negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours after arrival before the exam. Report.
(4) All candidates must have their temperature taken before entering the test center.

(6) Candidates should line up to enter and leave the venue in an orderly manner, and try to keep a safe distance from others.
IV. Test center setting situation
(1) Test center closed area and secondary security inspection requirements

Candidates are required to properly arrange their non-exam items outside the examination closed area. (2) Observe the law and take the exam with integrity

The scores of all subjects and stages registered for the exam are invalid. Candidates are requested to study carefully to avoid losses due to lack of understanding of examination disciplines and to prevent violations of regulations and disciplines.
3. 4. According to the "Shandong Province Public Security Bureau Credit Information Management Measures", information about cheating in unified examinations organized by the state or the province has been included in the scope of untrustworthy information.
5. In order to ensure examination style and discipline and maintain examination fairness, recruitment departments at all levels have made careful arrangements to strengthen examination security and confidentiality, ensure examination style and discipline, and strictly investigate examination fraud. The examinations are arranged in standardized examination rooms for national education examinations. All examination sites are equipped with mobile phone jammers, radio equipment detection equipment, metal detectors, and ID card recognition equipment. 4. Candidates are not allowed to enter the test center to take the subject test after the test starts.
