2. Submit and restore the registration certificate of the self-care customs declaration unit;

3. Corresponding documents (one or more of the following documents) shall be submitted according to the change:

(1) The original and photocopy of the reply of the competent foreign trade department to the change;

(2) The original and photocopy of the changed business license of the enterprise as a legal person;

(3) The original and photocopy of the revised Approval Certificate for Foreign-invested Enterprises in People's Republic of China (PRC) or the Qualification Certificate for Import and Export Enterprises in People's Republic of China (PRC);

(4) The original and photocopy of the changed tax registration certificate;

(5) The original and photocopy of the revised People's Republic of China (PRC) Organization Code Certificate;

(6) The revised contract and articles of association;

(seven) the state-owned enterprises and collective enterprises change their legal representatives, and submit the appointment documents of the higher authorities;

(8) Other relevant materials;

If the legal representative is changed, the original and photocopy of the changed legal representative's ID card, a handwritten signature stamp with a size of 5*2 cm, a two-inch bareheaded photo, and the enterprise manager registration form shall be submitted.
