Common causes are dust, lock body sheet metal or door sheet metal deformation. It's easy to go to the 4S shop and clean it up.
The structure of the door is as follows:
1, door outer panel: 0.6 ~ 0.8 mm thin steel plate is stamped and formed;
2. Door reinforcement beam: namely, the door anti-collision beam, which is a closed circular tube section and is also stamped from high-strength steel plate;
3. Door inner plate: an important supporting plate, which is also the installation body of door fittings. Generally, thicker steel sheets are used. Has the following characteristics:
(1) Need to draw a deeper periphery to form the thickness of the door;
(2) In order to install the subsidiary organs, it is necessary to punch out various shapes of convex and concave tables on the board surface;
(3) Stamping various reinforcing ribs to improve rigidity and reduce vibration and noise.
4. Door reinforcement plate: used for local reinforcement of the door body.
(1) The position where the door connecting mechanism is installed on the inner plate, so as to improve the rigidity and connection strength of the installation position;
⑵ Reinforcing plates with the thickness of 1.2 ~ 1.6 mm are arranged at the hinge installation position, opening stopper and door lock of the door body, and welded with the door inner panel;
⑶ Reinforcing plates shall be set at the inner and outer window sills of the car door, and the cross-sectional form and fixed installation structure of the sealing strip shall be considered.
5. Door and window frames: mostly formed by stamping or rolling thin steel plates. Key points to be considered in the cross section of window frame structure:
(1) The correct fit with the side frame of the car body;
⑵ Good sealing performance, arrangement and installation structure of sealing strip and glass guide groove;
(3) Meet the requirements of glass hoisting;
(4) The rigidity of the window frame itself has a great influence on the sealing performance;
5] Connection structure between window frame and inner and outer panels.
