Outlook Express is an e-mail program that allows you to send and receive e-mail to friends or colleagues, and to join news groups to exchange ideas and information. You can manage multiple mail and news accounts, host messages on a server so they can be read from multiple computers, and add a personal signature or stationery to your messages.
