Athletes must be ordinary full-time students with China nationality and China national identity card (second generation) or Hongkong and Macao Special Administrative Regions' identity cards, who have been examined and admitted by the Admissions Committee (Office) of the ordinary colleges and universities where the candidates are located in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education on the unified entrance examination and admission of ordinary colleges and universities nationwide, and registered in the "China Higher Education Student Information Network", with improved thinking and qualified results in the cultural examination.

Athletes who have not yet registered must go through the registration procedures for college athletes at the Guangdong Student Sports Art Federation before April 29th, and upload the student ID card stamped with the school seal when registering. Only those who have obtained the registration card number of Guangdong university athletes can sign up for the competition. Athletes whose registration cards expire should apply for annual confirmation before the registration deadline, and athletes who have lost their registration cards should submit applications for replacement of their registration cards before the registration deadline as required.

Students in adult higher education series, students transferred from such colleges to ordinary universities, students from adult education colleges of ordinary universities, students from TV universities, night universities, staff universities, self-taught universities, advanced courses and on-the-job graduate students are not allowed to sign up for the competition.

5. Athletes must have 20 13 years' test data in the data management system of National Students' Physical Fitness and Health Standards (except for students who entered the physical education major in 20 14 years).

6. Undergraduate students can participate in up to 4 competitions in their respective groups, and graduate students can participate in up to 3 competitions in their respective groups.

(2) Conditions of each group

(1) must meet the above "(1)" condition.

(2) Non-physical education majors in undergraduate colleges.

(3) According to the relevant provisions of the national college entrance examination, add 20 points to the total score of the college entrance examination (20 14 for Guangdong candidates), and add points to the students who are officially admitted to the undergraduate admission scores of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government where the candidates are located.

(4) Full-time graduate students (except full-time graduate students who are admitted to high-level athletes and sports training majors and recommended to be exempted from exams and walked).

(5) According to the relevant provisions of the national college entrance examination, high-level athletes who were admitted to our province before 20 14 and above the second batch of admission control scores (line B) are not allowed to participate in the competition in Group A (at school) on behalf of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, clubs, industry sports associations and enterprises before entering the school.

VIII. Registration Provisions and Methods

(1) Registration requirements:

1. Each group of colleges and universities is limited to 1 team, and each team is limited to 1 team leader, 3 coaches and 5 male and 5 female athletes.

2. Each group is limited to two men and women in singles; Men's and women's doubles are limited to 2 pairs each; Players of men's and women's team competitions must indicate in the registration form.

3. If the number of applicants (teams) is less than 3 people (teams), the competition of this project will be cancelled (the applicants can be notified in advance and the registration items can be changed).

4. The registration requirements shall be filled in according to the rank number of athletes' strength.

5. No changes, adjustments or supplements may be made after registration; If the reported events do not meet the requirements, the organizer has the right to delete the unqualified events and athletes.

(2) Registration method:

1. The registration form is downloaded from the "School Sports Competition Column" on the website of Guangdong Provincial Department of Sports ().

2. All application forms should be printed by computer, and handwritten application forms are not accepted; The registration form must fill in the athlete's registration number and major.

Nine. Competition method (draft) and related regulations

(1) In individual and team competitions, the best-of-three system is adopted in the first stage, and the best-of-three system is adopted in the second stage.

(2) Individual projects and group projects are carried out in two stages. In the first stage, a group round robin was held to determine the ranking of each group. The second stage 1 to 8 players will be decided through elimination and play-offs. If less than 8 people (teams or teams) participate in the competition, the ranking will be decided by single round robin.

(3) The order of group projects is: A-X, B-Y, B/C-X/Z, A-Y and C-Z.

XI。 Admission ranking and awards

(1) The top eight students in each category and single event are admitted. Less than 8 people (teams) are admitted according to the actual number of participants (teams).

(2) Scoring method: those who get the top eight in each event will be scored according to 9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 respectively. Team events are scored twice according to the corresponding ranking scores.

(2) Joint meeting: A joint meeting of referees, team leaders and coaches will be held at 0/6: 00 the day before the competition. Fourteen Registration items

(3) When a sports team reports for duty, it should hand in the Notice of Voluntary Participation Responsibility and Risk, which is stamped by the school and signed by the team leader and all the athletes. All units that have not been submitted are not allowed to participate in the competition. Fifteen. Publicity and appeal

(1) After the athletes pass the examination in the registration system, their information will be announced automatically, and teams will be invited to check each other. (2) Three days after registration, each team's registration form will be published in the "Internal Announcement" in the "Guangdong University Athletes Registration System" for seven days, and each team is invited to check and supervise each other.

(3) During the publicity period, the organizer accepts the complaints of the participating units about the qualifications of athletes. Continue to accept complaints about athletes' qualifications during and after the game, and deal with them after the game; Submit the written materials signed by the team leader when appealing, and pay the appeal fee of 2000 yuan at the same time. If it is true, the ranking of the team's competition results will be cancelled, and relevant individuals and participating units will be dealt with according to the actual situation. The rankings of other athletes (teams) remain unchanged.

Sixteen, after registration, if the participating units need to withdraw from the competition, they must apply in writing to the organizer 7 days before the competition. Those who do not apply for direct withdrawal will be disqualified from the school for the next year and will be notified.

17. Insurance: Participating units must apply for "personal accident insurance" for all participating athletes (including on the way to and from the competition area and during the competition), and bring copies of insurance certificates to the competition area for inspection.
