There may be incompatibilities. Please bring the original card, account opening certificate and UKEY to any outlet for testing. If it is confirmed that it is a compatibility problem, it can be replaced.

If it is inconvenient for you to go to the counter, you can copy a file certificate on another computer by moving the certificate, then backup the certificate, and then operate the file certificate on WIN8/WIN 10 system by backing up the file (select "File Certificate" in the professional login interface and click "Certificate Recovery").
