(ten) other procedures prescribed by laws and regulations.

"Urban and Rural Planning Law" Article 53 The competent department of urban and rural planning of the people's government at or above the county level shall supervise and inspect the implementation of urban and rural planning and have the right to take the following measures:

(a) require the relevant units and personnel to provide documents and materials related to supervision matters, and copy them;

(two) to require the relevant units and personnel to explain and explain the problems involved in the supervision matters, and to enter the scene for investigation as needed;

(three) to order the relevant units and personnel to stop violating the laws and regulations of urban and rural planning.

The staff of the competent department of urban and rural planning shall show their law enforcement certificates when performing the duties of supervision and inspection stipulated in the preceding paragraph. The units and personnel under supervision and inspection shall cooperate with each other and shall not hinder or obstruct the supervision and inspection activities carried out according to law.
