The Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) was published by the United Nations as a document of the same classification system to guide countries to control chemical hazards and protect human beings and the environment. Its cover is purple, also known as purple book. Each country can adopt the "building block" method according to its own actual situation, and selectively implement GHS hazard levels and categories.
