In order to promote the construction of Super League football clubs and the healthy development of Super League, this standard is formulated according to the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), drawing on the successful experience of international professional football development and enterprise reform in China, and combining with the reality of professional football reform in China.
All clubs applying to participate in the Super League must implement this standard and accept the inspection and evaluation of the Super League Committee (or preparatory body). Only clubs that meet the requirements of this standard are eligible to enter the Super League.
If the articles of association of the club do not meet the requirements of this standard, it should be adjusted and revised accordingly.
First, implement the club company system and improve the corporate governance structure.
Rule number one The club is an enterprise legal person and officially registered in the administrative department for industry and commerce in accordance with the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).
It is a football club limited liability company or a football club joint stock limited company, and has obtained a business license as an enterprise legal person. ?
Rule number two The capital contribution of the shareholders of the club must be verified and evaluated by the statutory body and paid in full.
