Legal subjectivity:
The business license can be represented by others, but various materials signed by the person are required as evidence of entrusting others to act as agents. If you entrust another person to apply for a business license, you should provide the following materials: 1. 1 copy of the power of attorney; 2. 1 copy of the identity card of the principal and trustee; 3. All signatures must be signed by the person himself, and cannot be signed on behalf of others. A power of attorney from the principal must be provided for the signature. All copies should also indicate that the copies are consistent with the originals, provided by (the department of) person, signed, fingerprinted or stamped with official seal, and the telephone number and date should be indicated.
