2.1 Identification of true and false ID cards
2.1.1 Method of writing
(1) Most ID cards issued before 1996 were handwritten, and only some urban hukou and some ID cards were printed with computers. Due to the limited conditions at that time, China's economy had just started when China first opened ID cards, and computers were still rare items.
(2) Regardless of the new and old ID cards, the horizontal folding strokes on the right side of the word "Bureau" on the front are completely aligned, and there is no fluctuation. The main reason is that the ID cards were deliberately mistaken at that time to prevent forgery, while most of the fake ID cards are not aligned (the Chinese writing of the bureau is not aligned). Even if some fake ID cards are aligned, the word "corpse" is folded.
(3) The word "An" in the Public Security Bureau has a special logo, that is, the horizontal line below the real word "An" is a straight line, while the fake one is slightly ticked at the end of the horizontal line, and individual false certificates are very obvious, and the ID cards in most provinces are thinner;
(4) The word "Gong" in the Public Security Bureau is not connected with the word "Eight" in most of the ID cards before 1996, but most of them are connected after 1996;
(5) The Chinese characters on the front of a real ID card are definitely not the same font, such as name, birth, address, nationality, etc. If they are the same, they are absolutely fake;
(6) The security of "birth", "address", "name" and "gender" on the front of the real ID card is encrypted and flat, while some fake ID cards are square or block letters (there are also fake ID cards whose fonts are encrypted and lengthened, so we should look at them from other aspects).
2.1.2 Identification method
(1) All ID cards before 1996 did not have the Great Wall anti-counterfeiting mark, and anti-counterfeiting ID cards were only used in 1996. If there was the Great Wall before 1996 or there was no Great Wall after 1996, they must be fake;
(2) The pattern on the real ID card is relatively light-concentrated, which can be seen clearly with the naked eye obliquely, while the astigmatism on the fake ID card is blurred and not obvious;
(3) The Great Wall pattern on the real ID card has the words "Great Wall" and "China". The words "China" on the real ID card are on the left and right sides of the Great Wall in different lines, and they are definitely not together, while the fake ones are mostly on the same side;
(4) The word "An" on the genuine ID card has a straight line at the bottom, which is very thin and straight, while the fake one is not a straight line, and it is slightly bent upward at the end;
(5) After 25, there are several groups of Arabic numerals on the front left edge of the real ID card, which represent each province and are the same as the first few digits in front of the ID card number, such as 42XX in Hubei, 36XX in Jiangxi and 43xx in Hunan. (6) Before 2, the ID cards were 15 digits without any English letters, while the last digits in a few ID cards in 2 were English letters.
(7) The ID card is a 15-digit one, and if the last digit is singular, it is male, and if it is even, it is female, while the second last digit of the 18-digit one is male and even, otherwise, it is a false card;
(8) Numbers of ID numbers all represent certain specific concepts. For 15-digit numbers and 18-digit numbers, the first two digits are provinces, the third digit is prefecture-level administrative districts, and the fifth digit is county-level administrative districts. Of the 15 digits, the 7.8.9.1.11.12 digit is the date of birth, and the 13.14 digit is the township administrative region. The 15th digit is male and female; For the 18-digit number, 19 is added before birth, and the 15.16 th place is township administrative district, 17 places are men and women, and 18 places are identity serial numbers;
2.1.3 color method
(1) The double-sided pattern of the ID card is light green, while the real ID card is generally light and white, while the fake one is dark and green;
(2) The bold characters on the back of the real ID card are obviously lighter than the fake ones, and the words behind the fake ones are so dark and thick. And it really looks like a pinhole, because its printing is printed by a needle printer, while most of the fakes are printed by laser or inkjet, and its cost is low.
2.1.4 pattern method
(1) When the real ID card was originally designed and manufactured, a bridge-shaped color bar was deliberately left in the fourth circle at the upper right corner of the front and back, which was completely different from other color bar patterns and unique. Other color bars were in a cross shape, which is the most important thing to distinguish the authenticity of the ID card. All the fakes were cross-shaped stripes (but some fake ID cards after 96 also had their logos, and so on)
(2) The hair on the head of the real ID card is concentrated and encrypted, so the hair can't be seen clearly, while some fake ones can see the hair coming out;
(3) The real ID card can clearly see the opposite national emblem from the front, while some fake ones can't see it and some can't see it clearly or vaguely.
2.1.5 gluing method
(1) Under normal circumstances, the glue on the fake ID card has not been vacuum-treated, so the film and the inner paper are completely glued. If you tear the film, the absolute film will be separated from the inner paper, while if you tear the real ID card, you will definitely tear the inner paper; The fake ID card has some bubbles (like white spots) in the film because it has been glued without real treatment, but it doesn't. Besides, if you just take it apart by hand a few times, the fake ID card will be glued off the inner paper, but the real ID card won't;
(2) The real ID card is hard in texture. If you bend the ID card into an arch by hand and pop it out, the ID card can be 3-5 meters away, and there will be obvious noise, while the fake ID card will not bounce far and the noise is small or no;
(3) The real ID card is glued once, and there are no bubbles on its four sides, while some fake ID cards are made by cutting off the original ID card and then making it again, so there are definitely many bubbles on its four sides.
2.2 Identification of borrowed ID cards
2.2.1 Inquiry comparison method: By asking the candidates, we can see the problems from the aspects of expressions and words, such as asking the candidates about the date of issuing ID cards, date of birth (age), home address, zodiac sign, names of relatives, and related documents (graduation certificate, marriage certificate, labor certificate, family planning floating population certificate, qualification certificate, etc.). However, if you look nervous, falter, answer irrelevant questions, or your parents' and sisters' surnames are fundamentally different from mine, or your ID card conflicts with other documents;
2.2.2 Morphological comparison method: By carefully examining the facial shape and structure with my ID card, from the perspective of human body structure, once a person's confession is formed, it will not be easily deformed as long as it is not affected by external forces. Therefore, if it is a square face or a melon face on the ID card, it will be square or melon-shaped, which can generally be identified from the mouth shape, eyebrows, face shape, nose and forehead, and the presence or absence of obvious birthmarks.
2.2.3 data identification method: by filling in the applicant's personal data, ask against the ID card. If the ID card is Huang Xiaoming, and Huang Xiaowen was written when filling out the form, he was born in 1976, but he answered in 1982, etc., most of his ID cards are fake;
2.2.4 body comparison method: the approximate age of the candidate can be estimated from his skin, wrinkles, language, etc. For example, 35 years old is absolutely different from 5 years old, and speaking old and full of vigor is completely different, because different ages have different limbs or movements or languages;
2.2.5 Have a heart-to-heart talk with the holder, so as to dispel his worries, so that he can inadvertently produce a fake ID card, for example, "My little sister is about your age, and she is also 18 years old. It is better for you to be sisters in the same year and month." At this time, it is possible to tell her real age, or by other means.
2.3 online certification
2.3.1 Except for Hainan's ID card, other provinces can check it on the Internet. The website can check the time of applying for a permit, whether it has changed its ID card, how many times it has been applied, and hold my photo. This website is the most comprehensive identity verification network in China at present;
2.3.2 Hainan ID cards are obviously different from others (except the second generation), with laser-proof icons on the front corners and light blue color;
2.4 identification of the second-generation ID card
2.4.1 The second-generation ID card is hard in texture and difficult to fold, which is similar to the IC card used in factories. The fake one is easy to bend, and the plastic on its surface will come off;
2.4.2 There is an obvious invisible Great Wall image in the upper right corner of the second-generation ID card, but most fake ones don't;
2.4.3 The stripes on the surface of the second-generation ID card are light green or reddish, while the fake ones are darker;
2.4.4 Similarly, the second-generation ID card can also be verified through the Internet, and if it is wrong, the correct ID number can be found out;
2.4.5. Similarly, the words "resident ID card" after the second-generation ID card are really pinholes, while the fake ones are black or white.
2.5 Instrument identification method:
2.5.1 Through the ID CARD identification instrument, the true and false documents can be verified, and the true ID card has the English logo of Card on the reverse side (or through the factory inspection machine), but the fake ID card is not;
2.5.2 The official seal of the real public security bureau is orange, not bright red, and the image of the Great Wall is golden yellow, while the false one is bright red, and the image of the city is pale yellow or silvery white;

3. Related responsibilities
3.1 The recruiting lady is responsible for the preliminary verification of the workers;

3.6 if child labor is found in the recruitment, take immediate measures, take the child for medical examination in real time and send him back to his hometown;
3.7 For those who recruit child workers or invalid ID cards due to work mistakes, they shall be given a verbal warning for the first time, a written warning for the second time, a transfer or demotion for the third time, and those who cause serious consequences shall be dismissed, and the relevant direct personnel shall be jointly punished.
