Upon the expiration of the contract, if the house cannot be used normally or the doors and windows are damaged due to improper use and storage by the lessee, the lessee shall be responsible for the maintenance and bear the corresponding economic losses of the lessor.

Seven. Other agreed terms and responsibilities for breach of contract:

1. Without the written consent of the lessor, the lessee shall not sublease the leased property to a third party.

2. The lessee shall reasonably use the leased premises and ancillary facilities, and shall not dismantle, modify, expand or add them without authorization, otherwise the losses caused shall be borne by the lessee.

3. The lessor has the right to supervise the lessee's use and maintenance of the leased house.

4. During the lease contract, if either party breaches the contract, it shall pay RMB to the other party as liquidated damages and compensate the corresponding economic losses.

5. The lessee shall be responsible for any intentional or unintentional safety accidents and illegal acts during the lease period, and the lessor shall not bear any responsibility.

Eight, the lessee has one of the following circumstances, the lessor has the right to terminate the contract, take back the leased premises, and collect liquidated damages from the lessee:

1. Sublet, transfer, lend or exchange the leased house without authorization, which leads to these behaviors in disguise.

2. Dismantle or change the structure or use of the leased house without authorization.

3. Arrears of rent, residential property management fees, garbage fees and other related expenses.

4. The lessee uses the leased house to engage in illegal activities and other activities in violation of state regulations, or fails to comply with the regulations on the management of residential quarters.

5. Deliberately damaging the leased premises or keeping animals and poultry in the leased premises.

6. Other recoverable circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

Nine, due to other circumstances need to terminate the contract, the lessor shall notify the lessee one month in advance, the lessee must unconditionally withdraw from the leased premises.

X. If the contract cannot be performed due to force majeure, the contract will be automatically terminated, and the losses caused thereby shall be borne by the losing party.

1 1. In case of any dispute arising from matters not covered in this contract or the performance of this contract, both parties shall settle it through negotiation first. If negotiation fails, it may apply for mediation to Lingchuan arbitration institution or bring a lawsuit to Lingchuan People's Court.

12. The original of this contract is in duplicate, with each party holding one copy, which shall come into effect after being signed and sealed by both parties.
