Constructing class mathematics culture should give full play to the educational function of environmental factors. Second, the class soft culture construction
Through studying and communicating with other teachers, I realized to set an excellent example in class and pay attention to timeliness.
Encouragement and reward are very important. Not only should we pay attention to praising students who have achieved excellent results, but I should also pay attention to praising students who have done well in the following aspects and praise them vigorously. For example, raise your hand actively in class, think seriously, answer questions loudly, have excellent study habits, take the initiative to help other students, be serious and responsible for their work, and make progress in one aspect.
Pay attention to encourage and reward students' outstanding performance in time. My rewards in my class mainly take the following forms:

Each student prepares a seal book, which is specially used to accumulate the reward seals that students get. After the students were praised, they stamped their books after class.
