When BCC opens an account agreement to upload a signed picture, the picture format does not match.
Upload signature images in JPG, BMP and GIF formats, and the protocol must be in GIF format, otherwise it cannot be uploaded. You can't change the file format by changing the suffix, but you can save it in the above format through the image format conversion tool, otherwise the picture will not be displayed normally.
