Bring the household registration page and fill out the transfer application form: This application form must be received at the school to which you are transferring. The receiving school must first submit a student status application, and then notify the student status management personnel of the child's original school. After the new school receives these materials from you, plus the application materials stamped with the official seal of the previous school and the signature of the person in charge, it will get a new visa from the Immigration Bureau for you. The transfer process ends here. If the new school opens classes during this transfer process, students can continue with their transfer process while taking classes first.
Transfer conditions:
If it is really necessary to transfer due to factors such as change of home address, transfer of household registration, job transfer of the student's parents or other legal guardians, the student or his parents or other legal guardians must submit a request. The application, subject to the approval of the transferring school and the transferring school, and reported to the competent education administrative department for confirmation, can handle the change of student status. Students in the compulsory education stage are not allowed to transfer to another school within the school district.
