How does ibm lotus notes copy a single message locally?
1. Start Notes Mail and choose to enter the mail database on the current server. Select file-> Copy->; New copy:

2. A new window pops up. Select the size limit button in the window to pop up a new window. Select the desired size, and then click the OK button:

3. Select the backup path. If unchecked, the default backup path is C:\Notes\Data\.

4. Click the radio to select now.

5. If you want to modify the settings, click the Copy Settings button.

6. Click the Copy Settings button to open a new window.

7. If "Delete Unmodified Documents" is selected, only the mail for a specified number of days will be retained.

In Advanced, if deleted messages on the server are selected, they will be deleted.

Click OK to confirm.

8. Then click the OK button on the interface to confirm.

You can see the progress at the bottom of Replicator. You can choose Stop in the lower right corner:

Click the button, select Receive in the pop-up window, and uncheck Send. Click OK. At this point, the backup is complete.
