South Korean naturalized China short track speed skater has Lin Xiaojun.
Lin Xiaojun, a former Korean national and gold medalist of short track speed skating in Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, was accused of sexual harassment for ripping off the pants of junior short track speed skater Huang Daxian in the village of Korean national representative on June 17, 219. Although he was acquitted, he was suspended from the qualification of the skater by the Korean Ice Sports Federation. In the end, he chose to give up his original nationality and naturalize in China. Note:
As we all know, Lin Xiaojun was naturalized in China in 219, but according to the regulations, it will be three years before he can play for China. Because Lin Xiaojun played the last game for South Korea on March 11, 219, he also regretted missing the previous Beijing Winter Olympics because of this restriction.
Lin Xiaojun was once a famous short track speed skater in South Korea. He won the men's 15m championship in PyeongChang Winter Olympics in 218. Later, because of an unpleasant incident with teammate Huang Daxian, he was suspended by the Korean Ice League. For the sake of his career, Lin Xiaojun decided to naturalize in China and join the Chinese short track speed skating team.
Although it was a pity that he missed the Beijing Winter Olympics, Lin Xiaojun was not discouraged. He cheered for his teammates off the court. In addition, after being naturalized, Lin Xiaojun also actively studied Chinese, constantly updated Chinese social media, and even participated in live broadcast, which also made more short track speed skating fans know about him and like him.
