3. Professional guidance
Teachers' professional growth can't be separated from professional guidance. This semester, we continued to organize teachers to read books, learn from books, and encourage teachers to read good books, educational theory monographs, classic books, talk with masters, move closer to Excellence, and realize teachers' professional development. In addition, we should adopt the mode of "please come in and go out" and pairing mentoring with school-level and municipal-level teaching and research activities to build a learning platform for teachers. This semester, teachers from various disciplines arranged for nearly 4 lectures in Taicang City and 6 lectures in the big city. And continue to do a good job of pairing two new teachers with the backbone teachers of the school, and achieve certain results. Let the backbone teachers and young teachers work together to promote their enthusiasm, and solve some puzzles in teaching through a series of learning activities, so that they can gradually get on the right track. In addition, seven teachers have been arranged to participate in various professional training activities in the city. This semester, we have made great efforts to create an atmosphere of teaching and research, and carried out various teaching and research activities, focusing on two Taicang-level projects and one Taicang "guiding students to learn independently" micro-project. Strengthen the process construction and management of the subject, do a good job in accumulating research materials in time, further link up theory and practice for all kinds of subjects, work hard on pragmatism and innovation, popularize and apply valuable subjects, and ensure that scientific research and teaching research complement each other and promote each other, thus effectively improving the quality of teaching and research.

The research on the moral education topic "Research and practice on the cultivation of good behavior habits of children of migrant workers in rural primary schools" is also gradually deepening and has become an important research project in our school at present.
3. The research work on the mini-project of "Guiding Students' Autonomous Learning" in Taicang City, which is a comprehensive group, can also be implemented in the classroom, and the management has been strengthened. At the same time, the hierarchical teaching of English group has been studied more deeply on the basis of the past, and it is also quite effective. In addition, two Chinese teachers in our school participated in the provincial teaching and research section "Research on the Construction of Interactive Field for Effective Chinese Teaching in Primary Schools", which also achieved many research results and successfully concluded the topic in June this year.

A semester has passed, and we have gained a lot in our work, but at the same time, we have left us with a lot of thoughts: the work of the guidance office should be solid and deepen school-based teaching and research, and how can our teaching and research group carry out more abundant and effective activities on the basis of doing a good job in classroom teaching and research? How to humanize the work of the guidance office, avoid duplication of redundant labor and reform the existing work platform? How to embody school-based nature and pay attention to effectiveness in the process of "learning to learn" classroom reform? ..... These questions are worth pondering.
