1. Turn off the power of the CD player and unplug the power cord and all connecting cables.
2. Unscrew the chassis screw on the back of the CD player and remove the entire chassis cover. At this point, you can see the internal electrical components and the bottom of the CD player tray.
3. Pay attention to the bottom of the CD player tray, and remove all the screws for fixing the tray, which can separate the CD player tray from the chassis.
4. After removing the tray of the CD player, it is necessary to further unlock the transmission gear for driving the optical head on the tray, remove the fixing screw of the optical head gear, and take the optical head out of the tray.
5. At this point, you can clean or replace the tray of the CD player and reinstall the optical head.
