Fifth, pay attention to the details of the representative motion: one case is discussed, and one motion only puts forward the cause of action, evidence and plan of one question. Use the special paper for the motion issued by the conference. In order to ensure the seriousness of the motion and facilitate the proposal and handling of the motion, the conference uniformly printed special paper for the motion (including the home page, attached pages and signature attached pages).
Special paper can't be filled in after copying, and it can't be put forward on the copied page after filling. Pre-printed materials can be cut and pasted in the relevant columns of special paper, and not one page can be glued. You can use more pages, and don't fold them when copying to avoid missing them. Each representative who participates in the joint proposal must sign his name, and at the same time fill in the representative card number, postal code and detailed mailing address clearly. On behalf of the joint motion, who will take the lead, the representative who proposed the motion can decide for himself.
Delegates should not sign the same bill repeatedly. A bill put forward in the name of a delegation needs to be passed by more than half of all the representatives of the delegation and signed by the person in charge of the delegation. The bill of representatives shall be written neatly and clearly, so as to ensure that the Secretariat of the General Assembly will send the bill of representatives to the presidium for deliberation in time according to the procedures. If the content is modified a lot, copy it again. The opinions of delegations and representatives on the proposals considered at this conference can be expressed at relevant meetings, or compiled into written opinions and sent directly to the secretariat of the conference, instead of being presented as bills.
