Work Procedure 5. 1 At the beginning of each year, the management representative formulates the annual quality audit plan of the company and submits it to the general manager of the company for approval. According to the annual quality audit plan, Software Engineering Technology Department organizes internal auditors to audit all quality-related departments of the company and cover all quality system elements. 5.2 According to the audit report and the following special circumstances, the Software Engineering Department: ① Serious quality problems or serious complaints from users occur; ② Great changes have taken place in internal organization, leadership, quality policy and objectives; ③ Third-party review will be conducted soon. Propose to the management representative to increase the internal audit frequency, and the management representative will decide whether to increase the internal audit frequency. 5.3 Preparation before audit 5.3. 1 The management representative appoints the audit team leader and auditor, and the team leader organizes the internal audit. The determination of the audit team leader and auditor shall not have direct responsibility with the auditee and obtain the consent of the auditee. 5.3.2 The Software Engineering Technology Department is responsible for organizing the audit team and hiring relevant experts when necessary. The members of the audit team shall be approved by the management representative. 5.3.3 According to ISO900 1:2000 standards, quality plans, contracts and relevant laws and regulations, the audit team collects and audits quality-related program documents, work instructions and important quality records of the audited department. 5.3.4 The audit team leader shall make a plan according to the annual quality audit plan, which shall be approved by the management representative and notified to the audited department 7 days in advance. 5.3.5 Auditors shall fill in the Quality Audit Checklist five days before the implementation of the audit, which will be used as the on-site audit outline after being audited by the audit team leader. The checklist should highlight typical quality problems and write down specific investigation methods. 5.3.6 The accompanying personnel shall be determined by the audited department. 5.4 Implementation Review 5.4. 1 First Meeting. The audit team leader called the first meeting attended by all members of the audit team and the leaders of the auditee, briefly introduced the audit purpose, scope, methods and plans, and stated that the audit was only a spot check. Both parties * * * confirm the audit plan and the date and time of the intermediate meeting and the last meeting, clarify the unclear contents in the audit plan, and listen to the brief work report of the audited party. 5.4.2 On-site audit. According to the audit plan and quality audit checklist, the auditor conducts audit and records through individual and collective talks, observation of the site and inspection of materials. 5.4.3 Determination of nonconforming items and compilation of nonconforming report. (1) When the nonconforming items are found, the auditor shall make records and submit them to the audit team leader to determine whether to expand the number of inspections and obtain the necessary evidence. (2) The objective evidence obtained from on-site audit must be properly kept by the auditor as an annex to the non-conformance report Table. ③ After determining the unqualified items, the auditor requires the person in charge of the audited party to confirm the unqualified facts. After confirmation, the auditor shall fill in the Non-conformance Report Form, including the corrective measures proposed by the auditee and the completion date. ④ For the problems that do not constitute disqualification, but tend to become disqualification, the audit team will propose them to the auditee as "observation items". 5.4.4 Before the last meeting, the audit team leader calls an auditor meeting to summarize and analyze the observation results, make an overall evaluation of the quality management of the audited department, and communicate with the audited party leaders in time to keep consistent. The last meeting. After sorting out the materials, the audit team leader called the auditors and the leaders of the auditee to attend the final meeting, read out the description of the quantity and classification of nonconformities, comprehensively summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the quality work of the auditee, answer the questions raised by the auditee, and notify the date of sending the audit report. File the minutes of the last meeting. 5.4.6 Prepare the departmental audit report. (1) The audit team leader shall prepare the departmental audit report, attach all required forms and all materials formed in the audit process, and submit them to the software engineering department after signing. Audit report content: auditors, audit purpose, scope and date; Basic documents for audit; Participants of auditors and auditees; Review and summarize; Non-conformities and corrective measures. (2) The Software Engineering Department shall report to the management representative in time and report the implementation of the audit. (3) After the audit report is approved by the management representative, the software engineering department will report it to the departments involved within ten days. 5.5 Corrective Measures 5.5. 1 After the audit is completed, the corrective measures proposed by the auditee are approved by the auditor and the management representative, and the action plan is formally established. For the corrective measures of the company, the management representative shall call the heads of the audited department, software engineering technology department and various functional departments to formulate corrective measures, which shall be submitted to the audited department for implementation after being approved by the management representative. The distribution scope of non-conformance report Form is the same as the audit report. 5.5.2 The audit team shall track the implementation of corrective measures and urge them to be completed on schedule. After the completion of the corrective measures, the auditor shall verify the completion of the corrective measures and record the audit results in non-conformance report in time. The original is kept by the Software Engineering Department, and the copy is kept by the auditee. 5.5.3 If the corrective measures are not completed within the agreed time limit, the management representative shall follow up and report to the General Manager to seek solutions if necessary. 5.6 Summary and analysis of the whole quality system and preparation of each internal audit report 5.6. 1 Summary and analysis of audit results of various departments and elements. (1) The Software Engineering Department shall fill in the distribution table of nonconformities in time according to the observation results of each audit. (2) After the audit, the management representative called the software engineering department and the audit team leader to make an overall analysis of the company's quality system. ③ Determine the quantity, classification and nature of nonconformities, make a dynamic comparison with the results of the last internal audit, and summarize and analyze the completion of the corrective action plan. 5.6.2 Compilation of comprehensive audit report: ① Software Engineering Technology Department compiles comprehensive audit report to provide basis for regular management review of the top leadership. ② The contents of the audit report include: completion of internal quality audit plan, audit purpose, scope, basis, audit team leader, members, audited department, unqualified quantity, description of main unqualified items and completion of corrective measures, overall evaluation of the whole quality system and various accessories, etc. 5.7 The Software Engineering Technology Department will send the audit report to the management representative for examination and approval, and then send it to the departments involved in the report. 5.8 Internal quality audit records (various forms, records, etc. ) according to the quality record control procedure. 6.
