1. If it is confirmed by the health and quarantine department that Party A has caused food poisoning or damage to the health of Party B’s personnel due to delivery quality problems, Party A will be responsible for all responsibility. Party B shall bear full responsibility for any food safety problems caused by Party B's use of rotten food or other reasons caused by Party B.

2. If Party B fails to pay Party A the payment within the due date, Party A has the right to terminate the supply to Party B at any time and charge liquidated damages of 5 per day.

3. If Party A violates the contract, Party B has the right to require Party A to make corrections in a timely manner. If Party A still cannot meet its requirements, Party B has the right to terminate the contract.

4. If either party wants to terminate the contract, it should notify the other party one month in advance and negotiate. If the contract is not terminated as required, the defaulting party shall bear all liability for breach of contract.

Article 6. Effectiveness of the contract and others

1. This contract will take effect after being signed and stamped with official seals by representatives of both parties.

2. This contract is made in two copies, with each party holding one copy.

3. The delivery list signed and verified by both parties shall be legally binding as an attachment to this contract.

4. Matters not covered in this contract shall be resolved through negotiation between the two parties. In the event of a dispute, if the two parties fail to reach an agreement through negotiation, they may apply for court ruling.
