The technical department of the procuratorial organ may be invited or take the initiative to send personnel to assist the on-site investigation activities of the public security organ or the self-investigation department of this court. The investigation supervision department shall dispatch personnel to participate in the public security organs' investigation and inspection activities of major cases as necessary, and while guiding the public security organs' investigation activities, they shall supervise the production process of on-site investigation records.
3. Standardize the witness system.
Article 106 of the Criminal Procedure Law stipulates: “Inspections and inspections shall be recorded in written form, signed or sealed by the persons and witnesses who participated in the inquest and inspection.” The role of witnesses The purpose is to witness and supervise the whole process of on-site investigation, but many witnesses themselves know nothing about the legal provisions of on-site investigation, and their witnessing effect on on-site investigation is in vain.
