If the insured claims to disagree or refuse to ratify, the insurance company needs to prove that the insured has agreed or ratified; If the insurance company cannot provide valid evidence to prove that the insured verbally agrees or recognizes or the insured agrees with the beneficiary designated by the applicant, the insurance contract will be deemed invalid.
