Guo Ailun was born in Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province on November 14, 1993. He graduated from Northeastern University. He is a Chinese professional basketball player and serves as a point guard. He currently plays for the CBA Liaoning Shenyang Sansheng Feibao Basketball Club. In September 2005, Guo Ailun entered the Liaoning Panpan youth team. In 2010, Guo Ailun was promoted to the first team of Liaoning Panpan and started his CBA career. He was selected into the CBA All-Star lineup nine times and started nine times. On April 22, 2018, Guo Ailun won the 2017-18 CBA championship with the Liaoning Bengang team. On April 26, 2022, Guo Ailun won the 2021-22 CBA championship with the Liaoning Bengang team. In the 2009 Asian Youth Basketball Championship, Guo Ailun averaged 19.3 points, 5.5 rebounds and 2.6 steals per game to lead the Chinese team to the championship. In 2010, Guo Ailun was elected as the scoring champion in the U17 World Youth Basketball Championship with an average of 22.4 points per game, and led the Chinese team to seventh place, the best result in history. In August 2010, Guo Ailun was selected for the national team to compete in the World Championships in Türkiye. On October 17, 2019, Guo Ailun was selected into the 2019 Forbes China Under 30 Elite List. In 2021, Guo Ailun participated in "This!" It’s Slam Dunk” Season 4 and serves as a coach.
