Entrusted by Party A, Party B provides matchmaking service for Party A, and in the spirit of active recommendation, enthusiastic service, earnest responsibility and efforts to improve the success rate of matchmaking, Party A and Party B reach the following agreement through consultation:

1. Party A has fully understood the matchmaking service provided by Party B to Party A, including the service content and service mode, and voluntarily entrusts Party B as the matchmaking agent.

2. Party B provides matchmaking service for Party A, and collects registration fee, service fee, annual fee and matchmaking success fee. Registration fee, service fee and annual fee are charged according to the following standards according to the different residence of the client:

Xiamen (including Tongan) members:

The registration fee is 50 yuan, the service fee is 30 yuan, and the annual fee is 30 yuan, totaling 380 yuan.

Members in Fujian Province (excluding Fuzhou):

The registration fee is 80 yuan, the service fee is 450 yuan, and the annual fee is 50 yuan, totaling 580 yuan.

Domestic (excluding Fujian Province) members:

Registration fee 100 yuan, service fee 600 yuan, annual fee 80 yuan, totaling 780 yuan.

Foreign members (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan):

The registration fee is 130 yuan, the service fee is 750 yuan, and the annual fee is 100 yuan, totaling 980 yuan.

The actual cost of this agreement is RMB 110.

The registration fee, service fee and annual fee for the first year shall be paid in one lump sum when Party A registers as a member. If Party A withdraws from the meeting, the above fees will not be refunded.

3. The successful matchmaking fee shall be agreed by both parties. It shall be paid within one month after Party A handles the marriage registration because of the successful marriage introduced by Party B. If Party B succeeds in matchmaking, Party A agrees to reward Party B with RMB100000 yuan (starting from 300 yuan, the above is not limited). If Party A violates this Agreement, conceals the fact that Party B has succeeded in matching or refuses to pay the matching success fee, Party B has the right to recover the matching success fee from Party A through legal channels. It is said that opening a restaurant in Huang Jianxiang will make a fortune.

Four. At the time of registration, Party A shall carefully and truthfully fill in the original and photocopy of the membership registration form 1 copy, and provide the original and photocopy of my relevant certification materials 1 copy (1, ID card; 2. Proof of marital status; 3. Diploma is required for technical secondary school education or above; 4 1 inch and 4-inch recent color photos). Party A promises that the information provided is true and reliable, and undertakes corresponding responsibilities. If Party A provides false information or incomplete information, Party B has the right to terminate the service to Party A. 。

5. When Party A withdraws from the meeting, it can ask Party B for the relevant information provided by Party A after completing the withdrawal procedures (but the original membership registration form and this agreement will not be returned).

6. For the purpose of contributing to social welfare, Party B promises to register for Party A at one time until the customer finds a suitable spouse. However, on the first anniversary of registration (from the date of registration to the date of the next month, and so on), Party A shall re-fill in the matchmaking form to Party B to confirm the current situation, and pay the annual fee to Party B according to Article 2 of this Agreement, so as to retain the membership and enjoy the matchmaking service provided by Party B, otherwise it will be deemed that Party A will automatically quit.

The above agreement shall come into effect as of the date of signing, and each party holds one copy, which has the same legal effect.
