1. Type your title with a text tool, such as "Lu Xiaofeng", grid it into a pixel layer, and then copy another layer, so it becomes "Lu Xiaofeng Upper Layer" and "Lu Xiaofeng Lower Layer".

2. "Stylization/Diffusion" filter is applied to "Lu Xiaofeng Upper Layer" to produce the "raw edge" effect of rice paper characters. If it is not obvious once, you can do it several times.

3. Apply "Lu Xiaofeng Lower Layer" to the "Blur/Gaussian Blur" filter to produce the "ink halo" effect of rice paper characters. The size of ink halo is controlled by yourself.

This can only be roughly imitated. The disadvantage is that the "burr" produced by diffusion filter is too regular.
