50 people for position A: self-supporting personnel on the job in all public institutions in the county.
Position B: 42 people: Those who participated in the 2022 Hebei Province Civil Servant Recruitment Level 4 Joint Examination and Regular Selection Examination, and applied for positions in Handan City, with written test scores reaching the minimum passing score.
Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following basic conditions:
1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China.
2. Aged above 18 years old and under 35 years old.
3. Have a bachelor’s degree or above from a nationally recognized university.
4. Have good political quality, firmly establish the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four self-confidences", achieve "two safeguards", and resolutely implement the party's line, principles and policies.
5. Have a strong sense of service, love community work, have feelings for the residents, and be good at doing mass work.
6. Have a high level of governance, have certain organizational coordination capabilities and relevant professional knowledge in social work, community construction, and grassroots governance.
7. Have a positive work style, be fair in dealing with matters, be democratic in style, be strict with yourself, and abide by disciplines and laws.
8. Be in good health, able to adapt to grassroots work needs and living environment, and meet the employment physical examination standards.
9. Candidates for position A must present a certificate of approval from their unit to apply and a certificate of employment issued by the staffing office.
10. Applicants for position B must have permanent residence in Daming County or other candidates whose place of origin is Daming County. The residence registration shall be based on the place of residence on the first day of registration. Online registration implements a strict self-discipline mechanism. 2. Written test requirements. The time and location of the written test are detailed in the admission ticket. Candidates can take the written test with their admission ticket and ID card. The results of the written test will be announced on the Daming County People's Government website.
3. Determine the candidates for interview. According to the ratio of not higher than 2:1, candidates for the interview will be determined from high to low based on the written test scores. Those with the lowest written test scores within the ratio will enter the interview at the same time.
4. Interview. The order of interviews will be determined by drawing lots, and scores will be scored on-site and the results will be announced on-site. The interview lasts for 8 minutes and the full score is 100 points. Please refer to the "Admission Ticket" for the interview time and location.
5. Total score calculation. Total score = written test score * 40% + interview score * 60%.
Qualification review

Employment
If there is no reflection in the public announcement or if there is reflection but it does not affect the employment after investigation and verification, the employment procedures will be completed, the employment contract will be terminated with the original work unit, and the original identity and benefits will be given up.
