The specific procedure is:
1. Bring my ID card or household registration certificate to the local police station, the exit-entry administration department of the Public Security Bureau, the exit-entry administration department of the Beijing Public Security Bureau or the travel agency participating in the tour to receive the Application Form for China Citizens Going Abroad for Private Purposes (hereinafter referred to as the Application Form).
2. Fill in the application form.
3. Submit application form and fee 160 yuan. When submitting the application form, you must bring the following materials:
I. My ID card and a copy of it or proof of household registration;
B, a two-inch color photo on a white background that meets the requirements.
C, fill in the original application form;
4. get a passport. Two ways:
A. go to the exit-entry administration department (the place where the permit is issued) to collect it.
B, China Post EMS mail (can be sent to any place in Chinese mainland, postage is to be paid in 22 yuan).
After accepting the application, the Exit-Entry Administration Offices of the public security departments (bureaus) of all provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions will examine and approve and issue passports within 14 working days. When you apply for a passport, you must bring your ID card or household registration book, as well as the receipt for accepting the exit documents for personal reasons when you apply for a passport. The "receipt" indicates that if the certificate is not obtained within 3 months from the date of obtaining evidence, the entry-exit management office will destroy it.

The first page:
"Name of the applicant", fill in my name;
Items such as "Acceptance Date" need not be filled in;
Page two:
"Name", fill in my current name, must use simplified Chinese characters of national standards, consistent with the household registration book and resident identity card;
"Pinyin name" must be pronounced and spelled in Mandarin; When it comes to the pronunciation of "ü", such as "Lu" pronounced "lǐ", write "Lyu" and never write "lǐ" or "L".
"Date of birth", consistent with the resident identity card;
"Nationality", consistent with the resident identity card;
"Citizen ID number", consistent with the resident ID card, should be filled in one by one;
"Place of birth", fill in XX province or XX autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government;
"marital status", according to the actual situation;
"domicile", fill in the detailed address of the applicant's domicile;
"The police station to which the account belongs" shall be filled in according to the name of the police station seal on the household register;
"Political outlook", you can fill in the names of "party member", "League members", "the masses" or democratic parties;
"Education level", fill in the highest education level recognized by the national education authorities;
"Occupation, position and title" shall be filled in according to the current situation of the applicant and the "title" recognized by the state;
"Work unit", fill in the full name, if the applicant's personnel file is inconsistent with the work unit, fill in the current work unit, and indicate the file storage location in the remarks column; The personnel files of retirees are stored in the original unit and filled in by the original unit;
"Contact telephone number", fill in the telephone number that can be directly contacted;
"Home address", fill in the current address;

"Basic information of the overseas inviter and the relationship between the applicants", and fill in "Traveling abroad at one's own expense";
"Major family members at home and abroad" shall be filled in according to the actual situation, and the unit and address of overseas personnel shall be filled in Chinese;
"Remarks", fill in the information that needs to be explained;
Page four:
"Opinions of the unit or police station", fill in whether the applicant agrees to go abroad (border). The opinions include: whether the contents filled in the application form are true, whether the applicant has five situations that are prohibited by law from leaving the country, and whether the applicant is allowed to go abroad. The person in charge of the opinion must sign, affix official seal and indicate the accurate contact telephone number and date. The opinions of the unit or police station shall be valid within 6 months from the date of issuance.
