First of all, we must overcome the inferiority complex caused by our own ideological understanding.
In other words, we should have a correct understanding and proper evaluation of ourselves. You can't feel inferior because of your low academic qualifications, you can't lift your head because of your rural family, and you can't feel humiliated because you look too ordinary. We should appreciate ourselves from another angle and explore our bright spots from another aspect. My education is low, and my ability may be not low; I was born in a bad environment, but I know how to cherish my present job. My looks are not outstanding, but my business ability is outstanding. Be good at discovering your strengths and achievements. Don't always see others as perfect and yourself as nothing. When you see others succeed, don't forget that you are also successful.
Secondly, we should overcome the inferiority complex caused by the working environment.
Sometimes there are geographical differences and the gap between the rich and the poor among colleagues. In fact, everyone is completely equal in personality, and there is no distinction between high and low, so there should be no sense of superiority and inferiority. What's more, everyone should cooperate together and not have such inferiority complex.
Generally speaking, people engaged in different occupations will also have a sense of occupational inferiority. Some people who work at the lowest level, such as cleaners and bathers, always feel that their occupations are inferior to others, so they are unwilling to talk about their occupations when interacting with others, or even to report the name or type of work of their own units, for fear of being looked down upon by others. To overcome this sense of occupational inferiority, we must learn to keep a psychological balance, make clear the idea that "there is no high or low occupation", re-examine our occupation, and put forward corresponding psychological needs according to our own conditions to avoid the sense of inferiority.
Thirdly, reflect on the pain caused by your lack of self-confidence:
You should reflect on the pain caused by your self-distrust. Think about it, what kind of pain will a person who is not confident enough have? For example: being looked down upon by others, often failing to do things, being miserable and unhappy inside, and so on. Think about your pain, and then tell yourself that you will not continue to cultivate negative feelings of inferiority, but will cultivate more positive emotions, such as compassion, self-confidence, honesty, and so on.
After that, divert your attention:
A person can neither be perfect nor have nothing. Don't always stare at your shortcomings and failures, pay more attention to your good side. Turn your attention and energy to what you are interested in and good at, and the fun and sense of accomplishment you get from it will strengthen your self-confidence, dispel the shadow of your unconfidence, and adjust your psychological pressure and tension.
Therefore, no matter what position you are in, no matter what origin you are, no matter how basic your work is, don't be afraid and don't feel inferior, because you are no worse than anyone else. As long as you don't blame others and give up on yourself, you can bravely walk out of inferiority, overcome inferiority and feel more inferior. If you work harder, work harder and pay more than others, you will certainly gain more.
Therefore, inferiority is not terrible. The terrible thing is that you are addicted to it. Otherwise, you will just be a loser.
