1. General safety requirements
(1) Review the special construction scheme of steel grid structure project submitted by the construction unit.
(2) According to the characteristics of the project, conduct safety training for employees, make written safety technical disclosure and sign it, and keep it as data.
(3) All workers must wear safety helmets and safety belts for aerial work to protect aerial work.
(4) All construction machinery must prepare operation procedures and post responsibility system for operators, so as to ensure that the special plane is used and kept by special personnel, and special types of work must hold relevant certificates.
(5) Do a good job in heatstroke prevention, rain prevention, flood control, typhoon prevention and employee labor protection.
(6) Daily inspection and regular inspection.
(7) Before construction, physical examination shall be conducted for aerial work personnel, and personnel suffering from diseases unsuitable for aerial work shall not arrange aerial work.
2. Support security measures
(1) The assembled support must meet the stability requirements to ensure safe production.
(2) Fastener scaffold as assembled support, its structural form should be calculated and determined according to its working position, load size, load characteristics, support height, site conditions and other factors.
(3) The operational layer of assembled scaffold must be provided with protective railings.
(4) When using the mobile operating platform, its installation must be firm, and the stopper or safety card to prevent the movable frame from derailing in sliding can only be used after passing the safety appraisal.
3. Lifting safety measures
Crawler crane is used for hoisting in this project, and its safety operation requirements are as follows:
(1) The crane shall operate, walk and park on a flat and solid ground. During normal operation, the slope shall be ≤ 3, and keep a safe distance from ditches and foundation pits.
(2) During operation, the maximum elevation angle of the boom shall not exceed the manufacturer's regulations. When there is no data available, it shall not exceed 78.
(3) The luffing of the crane must be slow and steady, and it is forbidden to shift gears before the boom stops; When the crane load reaches 90% or more of the rated lifting weight, it is forbidden to lower the boom.
(4) When the lifting load reaches 90% or more of the rated lifting weight, the lifting action must be carried out slowly, and it is forbidden to carry out two or more actions at the same time.
(5) When lifting heavy objects, lift the crane slightly off the ground. When it is determined that the heavy object has been hoisted stably, the stability of the crane and the reliability of the brake are good, then continue lifting. In the process of lifting heavy objects, the operator should put his feet on the brake pedal and pay close attention to lifting heavy objects to prevent the hook from falling off. When the crane stops running and the weight is still hanging in the air, even if the brake pedal is fixed, the foot should still step on the brake pedal.
(6) When double-machine lifting operation is adopted, cranes with similar lifting performance should be selected. When lifting, unified command, coordinated actions and reasonable load distribution shall be adopted, and the lifting load of a single machine shall not exceed 80% of the allowable load. When hoisting, the hook pulley block of the two cranes should be vertical.
(7) When the crane needs to walk with load, the load shall not exceed 70% of the allowable lifting weight, the walking road shall be solid and flat, the weight shall be in front of the crane, the height of the weight from the ground shall be ≤500mm, and the rope shall be fastened to drive slowly. It is forbidden to drive with load within a constant distance.
(8) After the operation, rotate the jib to the downwind direction and lower it to 40 ~ 60, and lift the hook to the position near the top. The internal combustion engine must be turned off, the joystick should be placed in neutral position, the brake should be firmly fixed, and the control room and hangar should be closed and locked.
4. Safety measures for high-strength bolt connection
(1) The on-site electricity consumption must strictly comply with the Safety Code for Power Supply and Use on Construction Site and Technical Code for Temporary Electricity Use on Construction Site, and the sockets of high-strength bolt construction machines and tools must be rain-proof and leak-proof, so as to prevent construction personnel from getting an electric shock.
(2) The tools and installation parts used by aerial workers should be put into the tool bag they carry with them, and they should not be thrown up and down casually. Hand tools, such as wheel wrenches and ring wrenches. It must be tied to the wrist of the construction personnel with a small rope, and the ring head of the torsion shear bolt must be conveniently put into a special collection bag to avoid falling and hurting people.
(3) Do a good job in the safety protection of aerial work. Try to design and make standardized safety hanging baskets for the construction of high-strength bolts, and ensure that the hanging baskets are safe and reliable.
5. Measures for the safe use of wire rope
(1) The wire rope used must have the product technical performance and quality certificate issued by the wire rope manufacturer.
(2) The structure, specifications and strength of the wire rope used by the crane must meet the requirements of the factory manual of the modified crane. Wire rope and drum should be connected firmly. When paying out the wire rope, at least three turns should be reserved on the drum, and twisted, bent and deformed wire rope should not be used.
(3) When fixing the wire rope with rope clips, the rope clips must match the diameter of the wire rope, and the specifications and quantity must comply with the relevant regulations.
(4) Check the wire rope before each shift, especially the connection parts. When the number of broken wires in a pitch reaches or exceeds the relevant regulations, the wire rope must be scrapped.
