Where administrative compulsory measures are implemented to restrict citizens' personal freedom, the family members of the parties concerned shall be informed on the spot of the public security, reasons, place and time limit for implementing compulsory measures; If it is impossible to inform on the spot, it shall be informed by telephone, SMS, fax and other means immediately after the implementation of the compulsory measures.

Article 57 Interrogation of a suspect who violates the law shall be conducted in a public security case-handling place. During the inquiry and verification, the food and rest time of the illegal suspect shall be guaranteed, and it shall be indicated in the inquiry record. During the interval of inquiry and verification, the illegal suspect may be sent to the waiting room and executed in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Waiting Rooms.
