(1) shunting operation in the opposite direction to the train when dispatching passenger trains, as shown in Figure 2-21. (2) The locomotive that can enter the route of receiving and dispatching trains will be picked up and put into water in the stop line, and the train will pull the crossing and align the cargo space. Because there are few cars and the moving range of rolling stock is small, in order to reduce the non-production waiting time as much as possible, it is allowed to be carried out at the same time as the receiving train, but the speed should be strictly controlled and the warning sign should not be crossed. 2. For shunting operation when receiving a stopped passenger train, the first group of switches at the end of the receiving line must be opened to adjacent lines to prevent locomotives and vehicles from entering the receiving line of the passenger train, as shown in Figure 2-22. 3 stations with special difficulties, when shunting is really necessary, formulate safety measures, which shall be examined and approved by the Railway Bureau. 3. Cross-station shunting When the station has no pull-out line or the pull-out line is occupied by other shunting operations, it is necessary to cross the interval occupied by the stop signal or the station landmark for shunting, which is called cross-station shunting. Cross-station shunting is a method of entering the interval shunting when the interval is idle (automatic block means the first block is idle). Due to the difference of blocking equipment and interval lines, the handling methods and vouchers are also different. 1. Procedures and vouchers (1) Shunting across the outbound boundary in the direction of double-track area (1) When the section is automatically blocked, it is confirmed from the supervisor that the first blocked section is free, and station attendant verbally permits and informs the driver to leave the station for shunting. (2) When the interval is not automatically blocked, it must be idle. After station attendant verbally permits and informs the driver, he can leave the station for shunting. (2) When the two-lane section crosses the outbound boundary in the opposite direction, the section must be idle, and there must be a dispatching command issued by the train dispatcher to stop the basic blocking method and switch to the telephone blocking method. station attendant and the attendant at the adjacent station should go through the telephone blocking procedures and send the driver a notice of outbound shunting before leaving the station. (3) When the single-track section is automatically blocked, the blocking system must be in the parking space, and the first block section is free. Only after station attendant verbally permits and informs the driver can the shunting leave the station. (2) When the section is semi-white-moving block, the section must be idle, get the dispatching command to stop the basic block method and switch to telephone block method, go through the block procedures with the adjacent station, and issue the driver with the notice of outbound shunting before leaving the station. (4) Fill in the notice of outbound shunting (Appendix 5 of the Technical Regulations). The notice of outbound shunting shall be filled in by station attendant. When the shunting locomotive is far away from the cab, it may be filled in by the switchman according to station attendant's instructions. The format is as follows:
Notice of outbound tracking shuntingNo. ................................................................................... Station (station name stamp) Station attendant (switchman) (signature) completed and issued
Note: words that are not used are erased. (Specification: 9 mm× 13 mm) 2. Precautions (1) station attendant has agreed with the train dispatcher in advance on the outbound shunting time, and the shunting train will return to the station within a limited time, so as not to affect the train operation. After the shunting is completed and all the vehicles are returned to the station, which does not hinder the route of the train, station attendant should immediately withdraw and cancel the certificate of the occupied section, and go through the formalities for opening the section with the neighboring station. (2) The outbound shunting is not limited by the number of outbound trips within a limited time. However, if it is necessary to continue the outbound shunting after returning to the station to avoid the train within a limited time, the blocking procedures shall be re-handled, and the original vouchers shall not be used. (3) station attendant should hang the "Outbound Shunting" sign on the console or on the block machine to prevent forgetting or making mistakes. (4) The shunting operation for picking up and delivering vehicles from the branch line and the return of trains to the station for loading and unloading in the section shall be handled according to the train, and shall not be handled according to the outbound shunting. Four, tracking the outbound shunting train from the station, the interval of a certain distance or time, the train has not yet reached the front station (line), that is, following the train across the outbound boundary, within a specified distance of shunting operations, known as tracking outbound shunting. 1. Restrictions on tracking outbound shunting. Because the locomotives and vehicles carrying out shunting operations follow the running trains and enter the same section, the transportation efficiency is improved. However, because shunting and train operation enter the same section at the same time, there are unsafe factors. In order to make shunting operations not affect the train operation and safety, it is necessary to give necessary restrictions on tracking outbound shunting. (1) Tracking outbound shunting is only allowed in the single-track section and the double-track positive direction, but not in the double-track reverse direction. Because it is a special case for two-lane traffic in the opposite direction, it is forbidden to follow the train running in the opposite direction out of the station for shunting, which will inevitably increase unsafe factors. (2) Only after the tail of the starting train crosses the warning signal or the first warning sign near the station can the outbound shunting be tracked. This is to ensure that the train that tracks the outgoing shunting keeps a certain distance from the preceding train. If it is difficult to confirm the position of the preceding train due to the influence of topography and features, and there is no warning signal or sign in sight, it should be carried out according to the interval specified in Station Details. As shown in Figure 2-23. (3) Tracking the locomotives and vehicles shunting out of the station shall not exceed 5m at the station boundary as far as possible.
this is considering the possibility that the departure train may retreat on the way. Without the permission of station attendant at the rear station, the retreating train shall not retreat to the inner side of the station's warning signal or warning target, and the double-track section shall be the inner side of the adjacent line's warning signal or warning target, that is, it shall not retreat to within 8 ~ 11 m from the inbound signal, so as to ensure that the retreating train has a safe separation distance of more than 3m from the locomotive and vehicle that tracks the outbound shunting, as shown in Figure 2-24. (4) It is forbidden to track the outbound shunting when there is unfavorable terrain or continuous growth on the ramp in the outbound direction interval. Because once the braking of the preceding train fails, it is possible to slip back, and if the outbound shunting is followed again, a frontal conflict may occur. (5) When the preceding train needs to return from the section or a train with a train that needs to return from the section to the rear is dispatched, it is forbidden to track the outbound shunting, so as to prevent the returning train or the rear shunting from colliding with the locomotives and vehicles that are tracking the outbound shunting. (6) When all calls are interrupted, it is forbidden to track outbound shunting. Because when all the telephone calls are interrupted, the traffic contact is interrupted, and the driving method is more complicated, so the driving safety is not easy to guarantee. (7) In case of fog, storm and snow, it is forbidden to track outbound shunting. Because it is difficult to look at it at this time, the operation is inconvenient and the safety is not guaranteed. 2. Handling procedures for tracking outbound shunting In addition to the above restrictions, the following procedures should be handled: (1) The verbal permission of the train dispatcher is required to avoid affecting the normal operation of the train. (2) Obtain the consent of station attendant, the neighboring station, so as to prevent the two stations from being blocked by mistake when the locomotives and vehicles that track the outbound shunting return to the station. (3) Send the driver a notice of tracking shunting (Annex 5 of the Technical Regulations). The word "outbound" should be erased when filling in. After the completion of tracking outbound shunting, the Notice of Tracking Shunting shall be recovered in time, and the other station shall be notified to station attendant. Although the train has arrived at the neighboring station, it is forbidden to go through the interval opening procedures when the notice of tracking shunting has not been recovered and cancelled. Review question 1. What are the rules for shunting operation on the main line and the arrival and departure line? 2. What are the restrictions on shunting operation when receiving and dispatching passenger trains? 3. What should I pay attention to when shunting outside the station? 4. What circumstances prohibit tracking outbound shunting?

The railway affects the shunting operation of the incoming and outgoing trains
I. Provisions on occupying the main line and shunting the incoming and outgoing lines
1. When shunting on the main line and arrival-departure line, the following regulations should be observed:
(1) Shunting on the main line and arrival-departure line should be approved by station attendant, especially in stations with station dispatchers, so as not to hinder the normal operation of receiving and dispatching trains.
(2) according to the station equipment conditions, the busy degree of operation, the amount of work, the interval operation hours, etc., stop the shunting operation that affects the train route according to the time specified in Station Details.
Page 1
(3) Hook snatching is strictly prohibited.
2. Stop the regulations that affect the timing of shunting operation on the incoming and outgoing trains
(1) When the adjacent station is driving.
(2) When the occlusion is agreed.
(3) Not later than 7 minutes before the train arrives.
according to the general experience, stop affecting the shunting operation timing of the incoming and outgoing trains, pick up the train 3 minutes before opening the inbound signal, and start the train 2 ~ 3 minutes before opening the outbound signal. However, in a specific block section, the time to stop shunting operation that affects the receiving route is before the station handles the block.
