4. Work Procedures

4.1 Procurement

(1) The Material Supply Department purchases protective equipment based on the plans submitted by each unit.

(2) The Material Supply Section is responsible for the selection, procurement, storage, storage and distribution of labor protection equipment manufacturers. The procurement of labor protection equipment must comply with the following principles:

○3 The purchased general labor protection products should have corresponding product certificates, and the special labor protection products should have three certificates and one mark: product production license, product certificate, safety appraisal certificate, and safety mark.

4.2 Acceptance

(1) Before entering the warehouse, the Material Supply Department will inform the Safety Technology Department and the Quality Inspection Department for acceptance.

(2) The Safety Technology Department shall inspect and accept the purchased special protective equipment in accordance with the requirements of the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Labor Protection Articles" and the "Regulations on the Administration of Labor Protection Articles". Only after the inspection is qualified can they be put into storage. formalities.

4.3 Storage

(1) The Material Supply Department should designate a dedicated person to be responsible for the storage and storage of labor protection supplies.

(2) The warehouse for storing labor protection equipment must be dry and ventilated and meet the storage requirements.

4.4 Distribution

(1) The distribution of labor protection supplies is strictly in accordance with the "Notice on Adjusting the Distribution Standards of Labor Protection Products for Employees" and is distributed according to different types of work and different positions.

(2) All employees working in our company’s production positions enjoy the benefits of labor protection products for the corresponding positions.

(3) Labor protection supplies should be distributed on time according to company regulations and should not be replaced by currency or other items.

(4) Retirees no longer enjoy the benefits of labor protection equipment. All types of protective equipment will be suspended for employees who leave their jobs due to work, illness, maternity leave, etc. After returning to work and entering the production position after passing safety training and assessment, you can enjoy the benefits of labor protection articles for the corresponding position.

(5) Protective equipment that exceeds the standard shall be applied for by the unit, and will be issued after approval by the deputy general manager and the safety technology department.

(6) The Safety Department should have public safety helmets, work clothes and other labor protection supplies for temporary borrowing by foreign visitors, study and inspection personnel. Public labor protection supplies should be kept clean and kept by designated personnel.

(7) Each unit will prepare a procurement plan in accordance with the distribution standards and the actual situation of the unit, and submit it to the Safety Technology Department for approval. Incidents such as random receipts and random distribution are strictly prohibited. Once they occur, the unit leaders will be held accountable. responsibility.

(8) The Material Supply Department prepares a procurement plan based on the labor insurance plan prepared by each unit approved by the Safety Technology Department, and purchases and distributes it according to procedures after approval by the deputy general manager in charge.

(9) For newly assigned or transferred employees and employees whose job categories have changed, the employee’s unit shall submit the certificate to the Safety Technology Department for approval and adjust the plan, and the Material Supply Department shall purchase according to the adjusted plan.

4.5 Use

(1) All departments of the company have the responsibility to educate and supervise their employees to correctly use labor protection products in accordance with the rules for the use of labor products and protection requirements. Failure to wear it in accordance with the regulations is a deliberate violation. Anyone who is injured due to a deliberate violation shall be responsible for his own responsibility.

(2) All units at the grassroots level must establish and properly keep personal labor insurance cards, record the labor protection supplies issued on time and handle transfer and job transfer procedures, and regularly check the type and use period of labor protection supplies for the job type. .

(3) Personnel entering the construction site must wear corresponding labor protection equipment.

(4) A maintenance account should be established for the special labor protection equipment used by each department. Special personnel should regularly maintain the special labor protection equipment and keep records.

4.6 Replacement and scrapping

4.7 Other Management

(1) The Safety Department is responsible for supervising the distribution scope and use of labor protection supplies in each unit.

(2) The trade union should supervise and inspect the implementation of labor protection measures, solicit opinions from employee representatives from time to time, and provide timely feedback on problems existing in the management of labor protection supplies.

(3) The Finance Department ensures that funds for labor protection supplies are properly allocated and used in accordance with regulations.
