(1) Register online.
The registration time is from 9:00 am on June 22, 2020 to 23:00 on July 13.
Online registration should pay attention to the following matters:
1. User registration.
Before new candidates register, they must carefully read the Online Registration Agreement and the Instructions for Registration, and fill in their names and ID numbers accurately. After registration, they must take good care of their user names and passwords.
2. Apply notes.
Candidates must carefully read the contents of the application notes and related requirements, and sign the "Integrity Commitment Letter". Candidates are required to sign (submit) the Commitment Letter of Registration Certificate for Qualification Examination of Professional and Technical Personnel, and may not make commitments on their behalf. The commitment includes: confirming that I know the specified certification obligations, certification contents and application conditions, that I meet the application conditions and requirements, that the information (including personal contact information) filled in is true, accurate, complete and effective, that I meet the application conditions, and that I bear relevant responsibilities for false promises and accept corresponding treatment.
3. Confirm the basic information.
Candidates confirm the information filled in at the time of registration, and the confirmed information cannot be modified.
4. upload photos.
Upload my photo according to the system standard when registering, and the photo adopts the recent white background color standard 1 inch half-length bareheaded front photo. When candidates upload photos, they can use the photo editing software provided in the online registration process to process them before uploading them to ensure the correct format. The photos must be clear and reflect my own characteristics. If the photos are unqualified, candidates must upload them again.
5. Fill in the information.
Candidates should fill in the application information truthfully and accurately, correctly select the examination level, major and subject, and click the "Confirm" button to submit after completing the information completely. Candidates are responsible for reporting errors or providing false information. Before the registration information is confirmed and submitted, the information filled in can be modified, but it cannot be modified after the registration information is confirmed.
New candidates are required to upload electronic photos of the front and back of their ID cards and academic certificates when filling in academic information. Candidates who participate in the exemption subject need to upload electronic photos of the second-level qualification and above certificate of the project manager of the construction enterprise and the intermediate (inclusive) or above technical title.
6. Print the registration form.
After all candidates confirm that the information filled in is correct, they should print/kloc-0 copies of the relevant qualification examination registration form according to the online prompts and sign it by themselves. Before printing the registration form, you can modify the information you fill in, but after printing the registration form, you can't modify the registration information.
(2) qualification examination.
1. Online Qualification Examination.
After the old candidates register, they pass the online automatic qualification examination. Examination institutions will review candidates' information through internal or inter-departmental verification of government departments and online verification. Applicants whose information cannot be verified or whose commitment system is not applicable must be manually reviewed.
The system carries out online verification of identity and academic degree information through national integrated online government service platform, national data sharing and exchange platform, internal verification of government departments and inter-departmental verification. Online verification takes up to 7 working days, and the examination fee can only be paid after the verification is completed and passed.
2. Manual review.
The following applicants need to conduct online manual review:
(1) Applicants who have violated disciplines and regulations in the professional and technical personnel qualification examination and are recorded in the integrity file of the professional and technical personnel qualification examination and are in the recording period.
(2) Applicants with technical secondary school or college education before 2002.
(3) Applicants whose identity and academic degree information have not passed the online verification.
(4) Applicants who cannot take the online exam, such as other types of identity documents and overseas academic degrees.
(5) Revise the old candidates who apply for this major.
Manual Audit Online manual audit is conducted according to the academic credentials uploaded by the applicants, the second-level qualification and above certificate of the project manager of the construction enterprise, and the electronic photos of intermediate (inclusive) or above technical titles. Those who are still unqualified must hold the original academic certificate, the qualification certificate of the second-level constructor, the qualification certificate of the project manager of the construction enterprise and the original technical title above the intermediate level (returned after examination) 1 copy of the qualification examination registration form from July 1 day to July 15, 2020 (9: 00-05 working days).
Due to the need of epidemic prevention and control, all construction enterprises and employers in related industries need to require applicants from areas with high and medium epidemic risk to issue nucleic acid detection reports within 7 days, or require applicants in Nanjing to entrust others to register for on-site audit. On-site auditors need to wear masks and keep a safe distance to avoid crowd gathering.
(3) Online payment.
Candidates who pass the online audit will pay the fee from 9:00 on June 22, 2020 to 23:00 on July 17. Failure to complete online payment within the specified time is regarded as automatic waiver. After online payment, there is no refund. There is no supplementary registration for this exam, and candidates must complete all registration procedures within the specified time.
According to the relevant documents of the Finance Department and the Price Bureau of the Autonomous Region, candidates are required to pay the examination fee when registering, of which two subjects, Construction Management of Building Engineering, Regulations and Related Knowledge of Building Engineering, are 5 1 yuan, and the major is 70 yuan of Engineering Management and Practice.
(4) Print the admission ticket online.
The printing time of the admission ticket is from 9: 00 am on October 26th, 65438 to 9: 00 am on October 26th, 2020, 1 1. Candidates can log in to the "Admission Ticket Printing" section of the website of Ningxia Personnel Testing Center and print the admission ticket on A4 paper. Candidates must hold their admission ticket and official valid identity documents to take the exam at the time and place specified in the admission ticket.
(5) qualification examination.
The whole process of the examination is subject to social supervision. For those who pass the examination and intend to obtain the qualification certificate, the examination institution will review the registration conditions and qualifications. Those who make false promises that do not meet the registration conditions will be declared invalid and their qualification certificates will be withdrawn. Violators who forge documents will also be recorded in the integrity files of professional and technical personnel for a period of five years.
